Recently Cisco 1242 AP ios got corrupted and I cannot find the ios to load it. Can I get any help on this issue ?

Search your downloads just in case you left them there. Use an image from your google search from untrusted sources might not be ideal....

Cisco retired 1240 series APs in 2018. Like others recommended try searching in your emails, downloads, FTP/SFTP/TFTP folders for the image. If no luck, recommended to upgrade the AP to the latest available models.
