Hello, we would like to use a custom WebAuth page on our Cisco 9115-AXI-E. Unfortunately, we can't get a logo to appear. The .tar file contains the logo file. A show bootsystem: also shows that the file is on the file system. Is there a trick? thanks Marvin

Thanks for your help. We found in the default template that the logo was created as Base64. We did the same for our logo and that's how it works. But still we find it very complicated to find the error.

Sorry but unfortunately we could not find a solution in the document. Other ideas?

Have you tried the default or one of the Cisco custom webauth pages?  You need to validate that those work so that you can look into your html code to figure out what is missing or a possible code error on the one you customized.  Also compare the logo resolution to make sure it's not too big.  So try with the default so you know if that is working or not, heck you can also take the default, edit it, add you logo, package it up and upload it and see if the logo appears.  That will help you figure out your next steps.
