cp-8865 bluetooth connection with Cisco Headset 730 NOT allowing me to answer and hang up calls using call button on headset, please help ASAP!!!
I bought the 730, everything works ok.. BUT when I connect it via bluetooth to CP-8865, it doesn't let me hang up and answer the call using the headset call button

Feature is supported according to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/Headsets/Compatibility_Guide/n500_b_headset-compatibility/n500_b_headset-compatibility_chapter_011.html#reference_706B43AFC1F9BF6DEAF1ED197846BACF but you need to check recommended firmware versions of phone and headset.
