Cisco industrial AP IW-6300H-AC-H-K9 rebooting co with errors

We have multiple spare units of IW-6300H-AC-H-K9 rebooting continuously and not joining Cisco 9800-l-c-k9 WLC (IOS 17.3.x) at the location, upon reviewing console these were the error messages

[*08/18/2022 10:15:44.1638] systemd[1]: wcpd.service failed.
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.1655] systemd[1]: capwapd.service failed.
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.1914] systemd[1]: start request repeated too quickly for wcpd.service
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.1933] systemd[1]: Failed to start WCPD process.
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.1935] systemd[1]: wcpd.service failed.
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.2148]
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.2149]
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.2149] Critical process has crashed repeatedly, This will result in reboot of system
[*08/18/2022 10:15:45.2149] You have 20 seconds to run this to stop the reboot. Good luck

 Tried to factory reset several times, nothing helped.

Any suggestions on how we can resolve this issue?

There is no harm in accepting that this is a bug. However there is no point of scratching head and trying to get this fixed in 17.3.x (even if I consider latest 17.3.x has the fix). Please move to 17.12 or 17.15. We have fixed thousands of AP defects between 17.3 and 17.15. So please upgrade. You will be benefited, overall.
