I would suggest to go to 8.0 code. I did this recently on my 3355 & below was the image I used
CISCO-MSE-L-K9-8-0-100-0-64bit.bin.tar.gz
Given post in a previous response, listed steps I followed.

I think reach TAC is the best advise I could give. Do you have TAC support on this product ?

This could be due to disk size constraint. Just check df -h and if directory is full, try to check what consume more space. Try to free it up if possible

Hi.. Here is the output.
root@ MSE:~[root@EC-BLR-MSE ~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00
523G 523G 0 100% /
/dev/sda1 99M 13M 82M 14% /boot
tmpfs 7.9G 1.1G 6.9G 13% /dev/shm
I get into that directory 522 GB has been consumed by cd /opt/mse/logs/hourly/ logs. Should I delete this..? Then will i be able to copy my file..?
Moreover how to stop it from further growing in size. As per my knowledge I never scheduled hourly logs. Any help plz.

You are falling under this bug.
https://tools.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCuq20610
Just follow the steps given in the link and then it will stop logging forever.
Then try to copy and check.

Hi,
O/p of "service msed status"and "getserverinfo" to check the health of the MSE and other information.
If everything is ok , next question is , Are you running both Wips and CAS on the same server.

Dhiresh
