We are currently using the Cisco NAC to validate users connecting to our wireless network. The problem is with the NAC agent (windows agent, not the web agent). Once you authenticate and download the NAC agent, it sits in the taskbar for up to 15 minutes before running its checks.
Sometimes you can kick it to life by opening IE a few times (the first couple of times it just asks you download the agent again). Once you are cleared though, it's all fine. However, I'm just trying to improve our wireless user experience.
At first I thought it was just happening on Windows 7 but it's XP as well.
Does anyone else have this or anything like it and how do we get around it?
