Cisco prime infra can not restore back up config from appliance to Operstack Nova

Dear All,

I did new install cisco prime on Huawei Openstack Nova afterthat i try to restore backup config from cisco prime old appliance but it show ERROR "backup you are trying to restore  is appliance backup . please retry restore with an appliance back up"

 - Doubt this hardware is supported with Prime which only runs on virtual environments and dedicated Cisco appliance(s) :
