Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.6 - Scale issues importing a floorplan/map

I'm working with PI v 3.6 and working on a device tracking project.

I have created a Campus (site) and a building using the Google Earth tools and used actual dimensions.

Markers were placed with GPS coordinates and verified using local GPS tools (cell phones and low grade survey equipment).

The 'problem' arises when I try to import a floorplan image as a picture to create a map for a floor.  PI resizes the dimensions of the floor presumably based on the size of the image.

NOTE: I was not given a "proper" image of the building or floor.   I had to scan a "fire escape plan" and convert it to a JPG and then Photoshop it to crop out the undesired parts of the image.  I do not have access to an actual floorplan or drawing.

How the heck do I tell PI to leave the size of the floor alone and just stretch (or shrink) the image to fit the dimensions that were set during floor creation?

(I do not have Prime 3.6!) on Prime 3.4 you can scale the image

- open the floor map

- select tools ->  scale

- you get a ruler to measure between two points in the image with known distance

- enter the actual size

do you also use gps markers on the floor plan ?

if yes, move them to the correct location in the image, if not add them.

NB! matching GPS markers, on site/ buiding/ floor is not very intuitive in Prime 3.4
