Cisco prime infrastructure virtual appliance UDI

Hello.

I installed virtual Prime 2.2 with temporary license on ESXI. Now temporary license is end and we bought base license.  But Web interface of Prime is blocked, because temporary license is end. On cisco.com/go/license I must insert " Product ID" and " Serial number". Where can i found this parametres?

For virtual appliance UDI only work via GUI: ADMINISTRATION-->APPLIANCE
