Cisco Prime - Missing Access policy

We found that one of CX modules are missing its access policy. When trying to create a new access policy on Cisco Prime the page gets stuck when loading the data, screen just stays on loading data.  Also, is their procedures on copying rules/policies from one CX module to another or is there a way to recover the previous policy that was lost? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

regarding your page which loading to much; as per my finding your data is flooding in your CX module thats why prime infra page keep on loading. check whether your module policies utilization and memory is OK if yes then contact to TAC.

 

regrading policy: does your policies keep working in your apply network configuration if yes then copy from there if not then your module is malfunctioning
