cisco switch 2960 error disable issue

Dear Team,

i have an issue i have two cisco 2960 switches both are connected with each other but in one switch one of my port is going on error disable after some time .

here i am attaching my conf of both switches 

problem is at switch 244 on port gi 1/0/20

Hi,

can you post the output from the followng command from switch 244.

show log

show int status

show run int gi1/0/20

Once your port get error disabled, get this output & post it here

show interfaces status err-disabled

Dear Sir,

i have make the port no shut and reconfigure that switch its on under observation.

Do share the out of the command and if possible the log from the switch.

and use the command # error-disable recovery to recover
