Hi there,
I'm looking at buying the AIR-AP3702I-UX-WLC (3702i and 2504 bundle) but have just noticed that it comes with universal APs that need to be primed using the Cisco Airprovisin app, but i'm unsure if i can do this with a guest cisco account. Being for a small buissness, buying a service agreement would be rediculous so was just wondering if i can use the app without a service contract?
Regards,
David

There are post today that show others that are using a guest registration for CCO not working. So this is something you need to identify. If you purchased though Cisco direct or through a partner, then you should be able to create a customer account on CCO and add the purchase to your account.

Oh dear, not the answer i was hoping for. If i purchase through an online partner such as Insight, will i still be able to create a customer account?

Insight is a Cisco partner, so I would ask them how to go about it. There are things in the background that I don't know.
