Hello guys,
thankyou for your support.
I have this scenario:
-One Cisco Virtual Wireless Controller ver 8.5.103.0
-20 Cisco 1832i AP
-Ascom i62 wireless phone
The problem is:
when two wireless phone are connected on the different AP (not the same AP) the people can talk perfectly
when two wireless phone are connected under the same AP, the people don't hear the voice
this behavior over all APs
Thank you for your reply

Do you have P2P blocking enabled on the SSID?

Hello,
That´s an interesting problem cause make no sense at first glance. Between different APs if they were on different VLANs for example, could be a network issue, but under the same AP, I mean, under the same BSSID, very unusual.
Can you share the WLC config with us?

I could see that you are using Flexconnect AP group but looks like your WLAN is Local Switched, right? Is there any reason for that? If possible, I´d try Local mode APs and WLAN.

Thankyou Flavio,
i think 1800 series can not works in the local mode, am I wrong?

Did you read that somewhere ?
I didn´t see this, actually it does not support flexconnect on its early version.

From where I work, we constantly badger ASCOM for an interoperability report. As far as I'm aware, there is no interoperability report for 8.5.103.0.
Next, are the phones operating in 802.11n or not? If they are, turn 802.11n off (on the phone and not on the network).
Dropped calls sounds like TSPEC is enabled on the phone but it's not enabled on the APs. Go to Wireless > 802.11a/n/ac (or 802.11 b/g/n) > Media. Under Admission Control (ACM) must be enabled and Expedited bandwidth must be enabled.

Thankyou all for the efford.
P2P enabled blocked rtp traffic in the same AP.
thankyou Brian
