I am working on a WLAN Audit project. My customer wanted suggestions and recommendations to strengthen their WLAN. Can anyone help me with best practices followed for the controller audit.

Hi Manoj,

I would use WLC Config Analyzer to assess the existing environment. Refer below document

Based on that if you found RF issues, then you have to do a site survey to propose any RF improvements
