Hi
TCL is a remarkable tool to use to automate certain processes in Cisco IOS devices. However, I presume WLCs do not have TCL shell embedded. Does any one know of any scripting tool that could be used to automate processes on the WLC such as auto backup of config to tftp server when config change is detected. I have heard about using Expect, but not too sure about it.

Hi
Thanks. I think I have come across that thread in the past, but never really bothered. Guess I'll have to add EXPECT as another language to learn. Will also have a look at CATTOOLS.
Thanks a lot.
