Cisco Wireless <> Macbook authentication failure.

Hi,

Does anybody know of any quick checks in the settings / troubleshooting i can perform before logging a case with Cisco.

All WiFi is working as designed across WLAN' (Fountain2 Fountain2 Guest & Fountain2-COPE). My issue lies with Macbooks attempting to connect to wirelessly to an AP, they are receiving "Authentication failed on Network "Foiuntain2"

Hopefully this is just a change in a setting on the WLAN / Macbook.

 - How are systems and or users being authenticated on the involved SSID's , check the logs of the authenticating services.
