Hello team,
we are using cisco 5520 wlc with 8.10.130.0 ios.
AP model is 3702 ap, users are reporting slowness in wifi. while checking the interference found thrid party interfering devices for 802.11b radio.
Almost all users are getting connected to 802.11ac/802.11n radios, whether the interference on 2.4 radio will cause slowness for this users.

No, interference on 2.4ghz band shouldn't impact 5ghz users.
if the reported users are from 5ghz then the issue is something else that needs to be narrowed down and isolated.

And how many users are connected to the radio/AP? What is the configured channel width on the 5 GHz radio and how high is the radio utilization?

We have totally 6 AP's at site. All the users connecting to the AP are facing the slowness irrespective of the ssid.

And how many users are that?
Is this slowness new or was it always there?
Could you maybe run an iperf between a wireless connected and a lan connected user?
Have you tried rebooting one AP and test if it's ok again for that one AP?

I agree with patoberli.... you need to start trying to isolate the issue and gather as much information as you can. If you believe it is that one ap, swap that ap with another that has no issues and see what happens. Basic troubleshooting in wireless is to reproduce the issue and gather the facts. Try different devices, check nic firmware, etc. This way folks here can help you resolve the issue or provide feedback that may help.

need granular issue statement and more detailed scenario/use-case -Wireless slow is a very generic statement, the generic stuff to check.
Any recent change in network - config/setup/upgrades.
are issues isolated within LAN/WAN network, Does WAN link have enough bandwidth.
Any physical port errors noticed. are port speed/duplex configs fine.
Are all or specific applications impacted. is it tcp/udp/multicast traffic impacted.
what's the expected speed and how much are you getting.
And talk to end-user to obtain feedback to understand the exact issue.
