Hi folks!
I have cisco wlc 2504 and I want to manage it via a vlan interface.
The IP address assigned to the vlan interface responds to my ping.
Hover, I can't SSH to it and can't HTTPS to it.
There is no access-list attached to the vlan interface.
Buy the way, I can manage WLC if I will get myself connected to a wireless network (both SSH and HTTPS).
I tried to run that command:
config network mgmt-via-dynamic-interface enable
However, it did not work.

Shall I get rid of that WLC and use Meraki instead?

Hi patoberli,
Thank you for your reply
I have checked the link you provided.
According to it: "Management Interface. The management interface is the default interface used to access and manage the WLC. The management interface is also used by the access points to communicate with the WLC. The management interface IP address is the only ping-able IP address and is used by administrators to manage the WLC"
It is really strange, but I can ping dynamic interface (vlan interface) and management interface as well.
