Cisco WLC 3504 login and configuration issue

I have  one AIR-CT3504-K9.

There are two issues I am facing.

1. Due to a strange reason I am unable to Http/https the WLC.  I can telnet the WLC and tried config network webmode/secure web enable. rebooted the WLC. But no luck. can some help share your suggestion.

2. I wanted to configure an SSID as below

Layer 2 security WPA+WPA2

WPA Policy - Enabled

WPA Encryption :TKIP

WPA2 Policy - enabled

WPA2 Encryption -AES

Authentication Key management:

802.1x Enabled.

But when I configure the WPA, I get

(Cisco Controller) >config wlan security wpa wpa2 enable 2

ERROR: Invalid configuration for WLAN 2.

(Cisco Controller) >config wlan security wpa enable 2

Request Failed: Invalid security policy.

Try to regenerate the certificate for management and then reboot the controller. As far as SSID, you should only use WPA2/AES. Using both causes issues with clients connecting.
