Cisco wlc 5520 client getting disconnected in every 15 min

There are two ssid configured in Cisco 5520 WLC.

1. universal

2.kicuniversal

But when client getting disconnected from ssid (universal) in every 15 min and automatically connect within 1 min. This is happening frequently in every 15 min. If users get connected in another ssid it stay connected permanantly (kicuniversal).

Please suggest.

Hi,

Please find the attached show wlan 1 & 2.

You should just use WPA2/AES and not TKIP. Remove TKIP and see if that helps.

I would also disable session timeout.
