WAP371 5ghz problem

Hello. This is my 2nd problem with 5ghz wirless. Before 371 i had wap571E and  i got the same problem. After 2 days of working in my home network (small apartment), wi-fi is slowing down. After 2 days i got 1000ping and speed 0,5 Mb/s. Any sugestion? I need to tell you that im the only one who is uses 5ghz in my area.

 How can you afirm that this is due 5.0 Ghz radio ? I mean, if you connect to 2.4 Ghz do you have better speed?

yes, on 2,4 i got speed 20-25 Mb/s with ping 20-25

Weird!

 Which channel width are you using? I recommend you to use 20 Mhz only.

Nothing changes. Im sending results from winmtr, maybe it will give you a look.

Dont helped much actually.

If I were you I'd try to upgrade software as one alternative.

Last alternative would be replace.
