Cisco WLC 5580 GUI & CLI access Issue .

Hi All ,

i have cisco WLC 5580 , it was working fine , but now i am unable to access it through both GUI or CLI , if i reboot the WLC , it will fix the issue for few minuets ( GUI & CLI works )  , but after that i am facing the same issue again .

please tell how i can fix this issue.

When you lost GUI/CLI access, are you able to ping the controller?

Yes , i am able to ping in all condition .

I believe there use to be a bug in regards to that but I think it was either 7.6 or early 8.0
