Just set it to 1, it should work as expected.

In FlexConnect no matter if its AireOS or 9800, the ap's need to be managed from an untagged vlan.  Clients will be placed on a tagged vlan.  Now its never a good idea to place both on the same vlan, but if you have to do that, then you don't need a trunk port, it can just be an access port.  This is assuming that your management is vlan 10 as an example and all wireless SSID's map to that same vlan 10.  If you end or want to end up with clients on a different vlan or multiple ssid's on a different vlan, then you would configure a trunk port with the native vlan being that of the ap management and allow any vlans that will be used for the wireless client traffic.
