I have a WLC 2504 of v7.6 with L3 web-auth enabled. Its clients got deauthenticated from time to time. SNMP trap revealed that clients were deauthenticated with reason unknown and the reason code was 103. I checked the deauth reason code online but value 103 should be a reserved value. Does anyone have any idea of what's went wrong with the client or the controller?
