I would like to get advice on wireless. Help!

team,

Cisco Information
WLC 5520
AP 2802E
version 8.5.140.0

Communication is cut off in the middle, which is a problem.
Cisco case open is also in progress.
The case is in progress, but you are welcome to respond.
There seems to be a problem with the client.

So, I contacted the client vendor and got an answer even if the problem occurred because the AP did not give ack.
I talked about the problem with the client sending the broadcast, but I received an answer saying that it is the logic that occurs when the AP does not give ack.

There is no answer, so I post a post for advice.
Please share some useful links.

59_1e Client OK.pcapng (Normal)
81_5c Client offline.pcapng (Abnormal)

Have a sanity check of the controller configuration with

Activate client debugging for the particular mac address on the controller and analyze debugs with
