Client Mac Address not removed from WLC after it disconnected

Hello, we have Cisco WLC 5520. Our problem is we need to get snmp traps of offline clients from WLC. However, WLC removes the clients from the mac table 3 minutes after they disconnect. Which cause some problems because we need offline host info immediately. 

Which config causes this problem and Is there anything i can do to decrease that time?

check arp timeout and session timeout :

Thanks for anwer, decreasing user idle timeout has resolved our issue.
