AP Running Image : 8.3.122.0
Primary Boot Image : 8.3.122.0
I would upgrade to 8.3.141.0 & then observe it. Below msg symtoms of memory leak/software bug

Yes, memory leak could resulting weird stuff including client not getting IP as well.

I am experiencing the same behaviours Cisco 3802i AP and v8.5.161.0
After some times, some clients not getting IP address, after a reboot of AP, they get online and eventually same
