client which is under AP2802E cannot get a ip address

HI everyone， I have a problem is that client which is under AP2802E cannot get a ip address ，after we reload the ap,the issue can be resloved temporarily . cisco AIR-AP2802E-H-K9 ARMv7 Processor rev 1 (v7l) with 1030616/704516K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FGL2128A7B9
AP Running Image     : 8.3.122.0
Primary Boot Image   : 8.3.122.0

I would upgrade to 8.3.141.0 & then observe it. Below msg symtoms of memory leak/software bug

the memory leak whether will lead to client cannot get a ip add

Yes, memory leak could resulting weird stuff including client not getting IP as well.

After some times, some clients not getting IP address, after a reboot of AP, they get online and eventually same

What command to debug AP?
