Required help .

We have multiple access points at customer office .

Currently customer is only reporting issue for some access points .

Access point model is AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9 .

WLC model :AIR-CT5508-K9,

Current IOS:8.5.171.0
Symptoms : Teams “on hold”, Power BI slowness , downloading//uploading slow

The latest 9560 wireless NIC driver is 22.190.0.4.

Both of those drivers are out of date - as Leo says 22.190.0.4 is latest for both:

And you might want to update your WLC to 8.5.182.7 (link below) as well to eliminate any possible bugs in the WLC code that have been fixed since 8.5.171.0

Of course you're using WLC and APs which are end of software maintenance (approaching end of support) so any newly found bugs with these latest AX network adapters and drivers will not get fixed.
