Do you have any spectrum analysis tool to see the RF in that environment ? If so please do that, then it will tells you any RF interference cause this

Also if you suspect given AP causing this, try with any other spare AP you have and see any difference.

Could be a bug of the software code, Which code of software you running ? Post "show sysinfo" output from your WLC.

At least you should running on 7.6.130.x if it is 5508/2504 WLC

In addition, the user under the same AP met this problem. It happened at about 13:10-13:20.

If this is 4400/WiSM-1, then you can try 7.0.252.0 version.

If it is 5508/WiSM-2/2504, move onto 7.6.130.x code & see if the problem remains.

Notice related bug on 7.2.x. Not sure your issue is same or not.

Thanks for your help. But I don't think this can solve my problem. If this is a software bug, why it only impact one AP.

Hello sir,

When you have client connectivity issues on a single access point the reason for this could be either RF issues (Congestion, interference and/or noise), a hardware issue on the access point or (not very likely) a configuration issue.

If you have more working access points a very good way to test this is by using a known AP and swap it with the access point with the issue; if the problem persist on the same site even using a known working AP then we can focus on the RF issue. If the problem follows the AP then the issue probably is the access point; in such case you just open a TAC case and we will replace it for you.
