Hi everydody!!!

I have an one problem, when I just made or reconfigure one SSID and the apply for all APs; all my wireless clients have a disconnect from the wireless network, this is normal???, or I missed an one extra configuration?

My features wireless:

APs 2700e, 2700, 3600 series.

vWLc:

AIR-CTVM-K9

Version: 8.2.166.0

For example:

I have configured the follows SSIDs:

W-CIDESI

W-INVITADOS

W-CONSULTORES

W-GUEST

For the SSID: W-GUEST, I must changed the access method from password to clear I mean without password so in this way at the moment to apply the change, all my users in all my SSIDs had a disconnect brifely.

Thanks for you help,

Best Regards!!!!

Typically WLAN config modification should impact that WLAN only.

Best way to confirm your issue is get a test AP which advertise all your SSIDs. Then console onto that AP & see what log messages it gives when you modify a given Guest SSID parameters.

If you see a radio reset (both 2.4GHz & 5GHz) that confirm your change affect all clients.
