Re: Clients not connecting to band AC on some Aps

We have a strange issue, and I am looking for help, we have a WLC 3504 in HA, running version

8.10.151.0 with APs model AIR-AP2802I-B-K9, some of the clients (Windows/Mac OS) are getting issues when trying to connect to some of the APS using the band a with AC, if I turn off the AP the client connects to another AP and it works pretty well but after turning back the back it starts having the same issues, this is happening with more than 6 Aps now , if i force the AP to use just the b/g radio, it works pretty well with clients on 2.4ghz.

This is the debug we see on the WLC with all the APs with issues, seems like the association request is made but the ap does not respond back to the client.

Is this happening to all the SSIDs broadcasted to this AP?

Have you tried with OPEN authentication?

What exactly is issue other than 'issues when trying to connect to some of the APS using the band a with AC"? When the issue is occuring, are the wireless clients getting valid IP addresses?
