I'm using AIR-AP1220-IOS-UPGRD APs with two radio modules (802.11b & 802.11A)
The WLAN clients which have for both standards an "excellent" connection (10-15m in sight of an AP; cards are Ciscos CB21AG/PI21AG) are toggeling between both modules.
How can I prevent this???

In the client software, in the "Advanced" tab, you can configure parameters for favored AP, preferred bands and other options.
If you're not using the Cisco client software (i.e., Microsoft Wireless Zero Config) ... load and use the Cisco client software .... more options, more control, generally better operation.
Good Luck

that's what I'm afraid off - to install & configure this software on all clients...
But in the meantime I did an upgrade (& reboot) and now the clients stay an the a-module as long as they get a "fair" connection.
thanks
