clients with problem in one AP

Some clients have problems with one AP, they are connected to the AP with a good RSSI and SNR, they have the correct ip address and vlan but when try to reach a local service or go to the internet they cannot reach those services. The clients are 3 meters far away from de AP, there are other clients that don´t have any problems. We moved the clients with the problems to another AP in another building and they work fine. I don´t know what could be the problem.

Is the AP in FlexConnect? If so, verify the WLAN to vlan mapping.

No the AP is in local mode.

Are your APs in a particular AP Group?

Can the clients ping the default gateway?

Do the basic connectivity test by pinging the IP and see if the default gateway has some route to reach the Access-point. Also put your running-config in the post.

If you have devices that work on the AP, then the issue is most likely client related. Like the others stated, you need to see the issue yourself. Make sure they still have an IP and then ping your gateway and do a trace route to the IP of the service in question. If the client is in the RUN state, the WLC is just bridging the traffic to the interface in which the WLAN is mapped to. Makes sure you look at the client summary and verify that the client show it has an IP address and that is in the correct interface.
