Dear Colleagues
I am using a demo of presence Service of cisco CMX for using the analytic reports from customers of some retails but there is a serious problem with these reports:
The CMX was not considering the MAC address of Apple IOS(version 8.0+) and Google Android(version 6+) and even windows 10 devices because of MAC Randomization!!
Since many customers are using new software versions, I am confused with why cisco has not announced this problem in its documentation and why they are persisting to sell this product without solving this problem.
