I will CMX support both DNAC and Prime simultaneously?

If you are running the same Map hierarchy in both DNAC and Prime then best practice is to follow the DNAC/Prime Coexistence

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-9/migration/guide/bk_Cisco_Prime_Infrastructure_to_DNAC_Co-existence_guide/m_migrate_pi39_to_cisco_dnac.html

It does say in that document that

  • Once the CMX is migrated to Cisco DNA Center, it will not be managed by Cisco Prime Infrastructure.

So from that point no you cant have both working at same time.

If all your using Prime for is to get the Maps into CMX, there is always the option to do a manual export/import task but that would be reliant on the Map hierarchy being different between Prime and DNAC
