Hi all,
Controller: Cisco Virtual Controller (Version 8.5.161.6)
Existing APs on the controller : AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9,AIR-CAP3702E-E-K9,AIR-CAP3602I-E-K9,AIR-AP3802I-E-K9,AIR-AP3802E-E-K9
Now I need to add another AP (C9115AXE-E) to the controller, Is there any compatibility issues (software version mismatch between the AP and the controller) that will occur?

AP is supported as long as the controller is on 8.10.X.X.
If the AP was manufactured from September 2022 (and later), the WLC needs to be running 8.10.18X.X.X (and newer).

Yes - 8.5 will not support the 9115 AP but you can't upgrade to 8.10 because that will not support your 3602 APs so if you want to use the 9115 you'll have to upgrade to 8.10.185.0 and also replace the 3602 APs.
And if you're going to do that then you could consider moving to the 9800-CL WLC instead of the vWLC because a 9800-CL running 17.9.3 will support all your APs except the 3602s. Note that 17.9.x is expected to be the last release which will support the 3702 APs.
