Hi,
I have a problem with my new AP AIR-1852i-E-K9
With a supplier we change the Ap from CAPWAM to MObility express and when I execute show version I have :
AP Image type : MOBILITY EXPRESS IMAGE AP Configuration : MOBILITY EXPRESS CAPABLE
BUT after some time, the led blonk amber - orange - green and I have a external power source
Unable to connect to the management Ip and no CiscoAirProvison available.
The basic AP have an IP (used for upload the image) but the management IP is not available.
How you help me to find the problem ?

connect this AP with console and you need to configure as master AP (WLC)
check this guide:

I don't have a controller, my AP is "standalone".
The configuration of the AP (Cisco Controller) has done with the Startup Wizard from CLI
But I cannot ping the AP...
The AP and clients are on the same VLAN (untagged).
The connection to the VLAN 1 is done by layer 3 switch

can you paste the out put of these commands:
From WLC: show interface detailed management
From Switch(where AO/WLC) is connected: show run int <gig/x/y/z>

About the switch : is not a Cisco Switch.
A laptop and the Ap are connected to a switch with VLAN and port are fixed to vlan 7 (untagged)

If its untagged then it must work.
can you login in GUI with WLC IP "10.32.107.139" or not ?

The AP (wired0), not the WLC have a statis IP (used for image upgrade), but is it normal ?
how the AP connect to his internal WLC ?

Its AP cum WLC and both use different IP address to work.
In your case WLC has mgmt ip: 10.32.107.139
And you should have a dhcp server in your network from which the AP can get the IP address.

I don't have dhcp server on the wifi network, all client and AP use fixed IP address.
If I compare to my 2702e and 1532i, I have one IP for the AP and nothing else
.
It's seems that the 1852i not work like this, It's like I need a IP for the AP and a IP for the controller.
IP in same range, of course.
The IP 10.32.107.139 is the IP of the AP, so I think that I need to set this IP on the AP (wired0) and find a other IP for the WLC.
is it correct ?

yes you need to assign two IPs (One for WLC mgmt and one for AP).

If you refuse to use external DHCP (Cisco best practice) then your options are limited.
- Configure the ME AP IP address statically - see https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless/wlan-is-not-discoverable/m-p/4481591#M234143
- Run DHCP server on the ME AP: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-8/b_cisco_mobility_express_8_8/m_using_internal_dhcp_server.html
