Configuration of MDM with Cisco ISE 1.4

I would like to know the best MDM being used in Enterprise ,as i heard Cisco mobile iron is not being used mostly because of some issues.

Further I would like to know the basic configuration of that MDM with Cisco ISE 1.4 ?
