Hello,
We would like to try a new Cisco AP Wifi (Cisco Aironet AIR-AP1582E-E-K9).
Actually, we have Cisco AP who use 802.1x protocol with RADIUS server.
Here, the only way I can use Radius as an option is by selecting WPA2 Enterprise.
When I active 802.1x, "config wlan security 802.1x enable 1", WLAN security change to "open" and i can't configured a radius server.
Do you have any ideas ?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Mobility Express is a limited feature access point technology. I don't believe the static WEP is supported and should be listed in the configuration guide as to what is supported.

Hi,
I assume the AP model as AP1852 and it is on CAPWAP mode :)
on the WLAN to enable dot1x, you need WPA2+AES and 802.1x under Layer2 security configuration.
This is the ideal config.
Please let us know if you have different requirement.

When I configure wpa 2 - Enterprise, i can't choose 802.1x in my wireless network properties, it doesn't work... but if I choose WPA2 - Enterprise, it's ok ! But I need to use 802.1X and not WPA2 - Enterprise...
