I have not found one, but according to TAC: For EAP-FAST, the ACS must support that also (version 3.2.3). This is the only version that supports EAP-FAST, so there must be a Cisco ACS v 3.2.2 on the network to use EAP-FAST.
If anyone can refute this, please do so, as I have not configured it, only been informed that I do not have all the pieces to use it.
