I need to connect three Buildings #1,#2, and #3. Each will be using the 1310 with the integrated antenna. Building #1 will be the root bridge. It has line of site with building #2 and is about 700 feet away, but it does not have line of site with building #3. Building #2 does have line of site with building #3 and is only about 100 feet away. My question is what type of antenna should I use on Building #2 to act as the repeater for Building #3? I assume I could use the integrated antennas on both building #1 and #3 and point them directly at building #2. I'm thinging I could use the ANT2506, but I'm not sure.

First thing is that to connect an external antenna on Buliding 2 1310 bridge you need to get your bridge the replaced with the 1310 model to which you can connect an external antenna i.e AIR-BR1310-A-K9-R. Looks like all the 3 bridges you have are the one with internal antennas. Now, in your case the following topology should work fine:-
Buliding 1( Root bridge))))))))((((((((Building 2 (Non-root bridge with clients)))))))(((((((Bulding 3 (Non-Root bridge)
For building 2 bridge, any omnidirectional antenna should work fine. You can also look for AIR-ANT2506 or AIR-ANT24120 considering the distance between the Building 1 and building 2.
Hope it helps.
