MAR3200: update procedure

Hi,

I would like to upgrade a MAR3200 from 12.4(2) to 12.4(12) but I do not find in the area of http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/hw/routers/ps272 the appropriate procedure to download the bin file through tftp.
