Connecting to AP Cisco Aironet 1242AG-P-K9

I have a Cisco Aironet 1242AG-P-K9. Some devices however do not connect correctly - i.e. Actiontec 802ui3 - while others operate fine. The same Wireless NIC operates correctly with other AP, also non-Cisco. I've tried also an open connection, but the adapter doesn't "see" the network-SID. There are parameter to change or check to verify for working? Some General to make more broad the network signal ?

Thanks in advance

In order to configure the access point for VLANs, complete these steps:

From the VLAN Service (under the Services > VLAN menu item,) set up the Native VLAN:

From the Current VLAN List, select New.

Enter the VLAN number of the Native VLAN in the VLAN ID box. The VLAN number must match the Native VLAN configured on the switch.

Because interface BVI 1 is associated to the subinterface of the Native VLAN, the IP address assigned to interface BVI 1 must be in the same IP subnet as other infrastructure devices on the network (that is, the interface SC0 on a Catalyst switch that runs CatOS.)

Select the checkbox for the Native VLAN.

Select check boxes for the radio interface or interfaces where this VLAN applies.

Click Apply
