Connection drops

I Have 2 Cisco 1242 Access Point my users complain that their connection drops when they move within the building , as far as i know both AP are placed in such a manner that users connection auotmatically hops between both AP . Can some body Advise me what can i do so that connections dosen't drop for my users

Dropping is quite a wide specification.

This problem has many possible items to consider. If the user is moving through the building is he/she going into an area which is not served by your APs?

Is the user roaming over to the other AP where your radius/ACS server is misconfigured?

Is the user moving into an area which has a high level of noise?

Are they moving through an area with a high consentration of metal.
