Connectivity problem

Dear

i have problem with connected to access point in the wireless network ,whoever when i try to connect to the access point 3 meter away from it its not connect and some times connect with low connectivity when i check the field i found a lot of other interference from the other wireless network from other buildings(company) .all our wireless system work in the 3 overlap channel(1-6-11) the other wireless AP work in 8 or 7 channels so there are interference what i can do if i couldn?t change or make the other wireless ap change the channels.

If there is interference in the network the only solution is to use different channels so that you will be using other channels which are not used by the other wireless network.
