Console problem is WLC 8540

Hi,

I m unable to take console of the wlc 8540. When i connect the CIMC cable and connect the console i m getting the below error message.

in console i have put the below parameter

Baud rate 9600

data bit 8

stop bit 1

parity non

flow control None

Did you connect your console cable to the 2nd port from the left shown below

Ensure above console settings works well with any other devices first as well.

We are using KVM 

Front Panel KVM Break-out Connector

A single female connector provides access to video, two USB ports for keyboard and mouse, and an RS-232C console serial port.

And getting the

in console i have put the below parameter

Baud rate 9600

data bit 8

stop bit 1

parity non

flow control None
