Hello Guys,
just a simple question, how do I use """""""""" | INCLUDE """"" in WLCs. I am unable to find pipe option in WLC CLI could anyone help. I am trying to search
sh runnin | include capwap --------- but its not working

There is no pipe in the AirOS which the WLC runs. In the 3850 and 5760's you can since they are IOS.

Capwap is default for WLC's with the newer code, that's why I ask what exactly are you looking for.

we have couple of AP down and want to see is there any problem with CAPWAP.

Well an ap not joining usually is a network related issue. You can alway go to the GUI and under Monitor, look at the statistic for ap join.

You can only see stats or information when the ap is joined to the WLC. Other than that, information from the ap console shows good information. Also looking at the switch port for errors or the switch logs can help.
