Controller pointing to wrong ldap server

I have a 4404 controller. Under my main WLAN/SSID I have it pointing to a new server with LDAP on it. I do those under the WLAN > security > AAA settings.

I also have the new LDAP server created under Security > AAA > LDAP.

My problem is that when I shutdown the old LDAP server I can't login through the web auth anymore. When I trun the server back on web auth starts working again. Under the SSID/WLAN I set it to my new LDAPS servers IP.

Also If I delete the old LDAP servers config out of Security > AAA > LDAP my web auth stops working to.

I don't understand why. As far as I can see, I'm telling the controller to use our new server. Other then the two places on the controller I talked about above, is there anywhere else he that ldap settings need to be configured?

Brandon,

Those are the only two places where you would configure the server.

I'd do a sniff of the WLC port(s) to see what's going on, when you disable the "old" server.
