I am not bale to determine if its a VxWorks or a IOS ?
I have tryied to upgrade some of the AP350 using the WLSE, so the above AP may have crashed during the upgrade procedure. Before I could feed the firmware using xmodem, I want to make sure what version (Vxworks or IOS) should I use to recover the device.
Thanks in advance.

This is a Vxworks bootloader menu. Looks like this failed on the IOS upgrade. Here is a link on how to procede and get you up onto IOS.

Look about 3/4 of the way down on the page. You should see something very similar to what you have posted here and the instructions on what to do next.
Hope this helps.

I have had this same problem and have followed the instructions, but I get a 'Flash Write Error' every time I try to copy the files from DRAM to Flash.

PLease verify that you have an IOS image that you are trying to upload and also re-download that image if it is IOS to check for a corrupt file.

Got It!!!!
Much thanks to Simon Torm as he sent me a pdf with the instructions. Very similar to what you had posted Travis-Dennis but I had missed the step where you have to ctrl-z to get the hidden format menu and erase the flash first (even though it says that it is empty)
Thanks to you too!

Just in case the install key was erased. Is there any way besides contact Cisco for the install key?
Can the key be downloaded via xmodem from another ap and then uploaded via xmodem to the ap that is missing the install key?
